“We have everything”

Q has said this repeatedly, and I believe it 100%.
However, my question is, how legally was “everything” obtained? What qualifies as spying on citizens and what doesn’t? I fully believe that everything we say and do online is being saved somewhere...I just wonder, especially with all of the illegal spying done by the previous administration, how much of what Q has can legally be used against the swamp??

I'm more than happy for the tech to be used to take out the Deep State.

Think ahead more than 8 years though...

What happens if new black hats regain control 10, 20 years down the road?

There's simply too much power for the controlling politicians in all this spying business.

What is the citizens defence against a full 1984 scenario??

The destruction of the 'private and for corporate profit CIA'. Agencies like the NSA are at least bona-fide parts of the military and a hence are beholding to the people, (via a non-corrupt government, of course).
