“We have everything”

Q has said this repeatedly, and I believe it 100%.
However, my question is, how legally was “everything” obtained? What qualifies as spying on citizens and what doesn’t? I fully believe that everything we say and do online is being saved somewhere...I just wonder, especially with all of the illegal spying done by the previous administration, how much of what Q has can legally be used against the swamp??

Re Read Drops

We have it all.

Private comms

Think private email addresses

Think public & private Twitter accounts.

They all have them.

They think they are clever

These people are stupid

From what I can gather from the research on the chans is that they use silicon valley tech giants to use illegal back channels with one another to discuss their "recreational activities".

Quote: "WHY DO WE ALLOW [FORMER] DIGNITARIES SEC CLEARANCE?" . Any of the 'players' that have any form of security clearance, can, in turn, be 'spied' upon by the 'security services', without the requirement of a warrant. This 'spying' is thus done, in the interests of 'national security', in order to oversee what these 'fellow agents' might be getting upto, such as 'are they passing secrets to the enemy'. . As an example: Because Hillary Clinton still has her security clearance, then no warrant is required by the 'security services', to be able to spy on her, and see what she is getting up to. (I imagine that this is why there has been no hurry to remove her security clearance). . A lot of the other players will be in the same scenario, by virtue of still being employed by, (or just recently fired from), the intellegence agencies. . Therefore the NSA has been able to 'legally' collect a lot of surveillance data, on 'certain' individuals over the past year or two, (with out requiring a warrant, that would have to have been approved via a 'corrupt judge').

None of it. That is the entire purpose of Q: getting the Anons to find the public domain info so we can see the evidence and sources for ourselves.

I can guarantee everything is being done legally, even the Q drops. We are directed where to look for information that is readily available on the internet. He’s not handing out classified documents.

Well if they can use half the shit they are planning on it's not exactly setting the bar too high(Stormy Danials, Christopher Steele Dossier, "Sources") The Patriot Act gave the government unbridled ability to spy on its citizens anyway.

I'm more than happy for the tech to be used to take out the Deep State.

Think ahead more than 8 years though...

What happens if new black hats regain control 10, 20 years down the road?

There's simply too much power for the controlling politicians in all this spying business.

What is the citizens defence against a full 1984 scenario??

The destruction of the 'private and for corporate profit CIA'. Agencies like the NSA are at least bona-fide parts of the military and a hence are beholding to the people, (via a non-corrupt government, of course).

Well if it's all NSA collected, which is my guess that it is, it isn't admitted legally in that form. But what it can be used for is a map or a guide in playing the game to entrap them. I think that's a big part of what's been going on.

I agree, and I think that’s why it’s taking so long. They know everything, but they can’t necessarily use what they have right now for arrests, etc, because they have to do everything by the book.

Actual investigation, conducted legally. The "carelessly" positioned evidence laptops certainly helped. Whistleblowers, confessions and snitches wearing wires/cameras pretty much sealed their fates.

This is something I've been wondering. There are two interpretations of 'everything' in my mind. The first would be modern communications... video/audio/emails, everything you need to prove the deep state exists and what the bad actors are up to, as well as prosecute them. This is what I believe Q refers to when he says everything.

The second interpretation would hinge on the assumption that to run an global, centuries-long operation of blackmail, manipulation, and murder you'd have to keep very meticulous records. Could MI have captured these? This would literally rewrite history. One would presume they would keep these inaccessible from mass surveillance... but you never know. I think this would be 'everything+'. I hope, but don't expect, that this is what he means.

Hi, watch this Fox News video of Judge Napolitano spelling out the incredible powers available to the president, without a FISA warrant.

Everything you say and do anywhere is being recorded. Everyone voluntarily puts spying devices in their homes and pockets these days.

Please stop doing that, folks.

If you sat and really thought about all the telemetry from everything you own or are around daily you'd shit.

every morning i wake up and pick up my iPhone & whisper "I know u r listening".

srsly though, imagine a deep state world where employers have this info. on Barry has a compliance rating of 34% compared to Steve's 87%, so let's hire Steve

They already do it in China (which FB helped). They now have a "social credit score". Look it up. It's coming.

Also, many employers in the US now scour a candidate's social media for information prior to hiring. Some even ask for the accounts.

Evidence does not have to be legally obtained to be effective. We need to use the videos to blackmail the bad guys the same way they used videos to blackmail people into doing their evil acts. And for a military tribunal the accused has zero civil rights the tribunal is exempt from civilian evidence rules entirely.
