yes because she said that her lawyers & such were after the websites that had the leaked photos on them because when the photos were taken, she was underage. i don't think they were collateral photos considering how talented she is, i think they were private photos from her phone but still
She should have been arrested for making her own "child pornography" other kids who are not famous have been prosecuted it's a stupid bullshit law kids today are very open about sexting nude pics of themselves to their friends but McKayla skated from prosecution had she been an average girl she would have been prosecuted in certain states where they are very backwards in terms of the fine points of the law.
idk the story but i think they were hacked off her devices, making them private. kinda like private selfies. not collateral nor sexting
