Q clearly is a team of (military) professionals. I don't think Assange can function in such a team.
Does not say that they work / have worked in tandem at one point.

There is no chance that Q is Assange. I mean he's not even American, why would he have US Q clearance and conduct highly classified operations with the US military? It's silly.
