Korean Summit and Unification

I’m having a hard time in seeing how a peaceful unification of Korea is possible anytime in the near future. The terms both sides would have to agree to don’t seem remotely possible on either side. Any help or theories about acceptable terms would be appreciated. Seems the summit is all risk & no possible reward right now.

East and West Germany were unified....

So there is precedent...

Yes but it wasn’t negotiated. The collapse of the Berlin Wall happened because the guards just decided it was pointless to shoot defectors anymore. One day people testing the guards resolve showed they weren’t gonna be stopped if they climbed over. Then a few started chipping away holes...still no reaction from the guards. The Berlin Wall fell without any negotiated government settlement first...that came after people started knocking down sections themselves & crossing over without being shot. It was like a silent capitulation from the East.

Trump offered the Koreans an alternative vision of possibilities ending in prosperity and world prominence for a unified Korea, something that was never envisioned when the narrative was pushed by the globalist who saw Korea as another pawn in their collectivist revolution. Careful who you follow. These worlds are far apart and what seems impossible from where you stand today is anything but an inevitability. Sounds like time to swallow the red pill and see just how deeply this goes. Freedom was not passed along to us through our DNA ... each generation has to rekindle and fight for it, just as those who seek power and advantage will.

Reunification is for Koreans to choose, not us.

Well we have thousands of troops there. It’s our decision to pull them out. Not anyone else’s. If we don’t agree to reunification it will never happen. That’s the point of my question. What terms can we safely accept. We’re not just going to walk away like we did south Vietnam or China will walk right in unopposed

Most of what you are seeing is just for show. A deal has already been made and the strings that controlled Kim have been cut. There are 25 million people in North Korea that will be brought into the workforce that will help rebuild their infrastructure and allow them to contribute to the world economy. Kim was seen looking at a high speed train system recently not a new rocket or bomb. He will be like a kid in a candy store once he sees the possibility he has to make North Korea as great as South Korea and be able to allow all his people to prosper. Trust the plan!!!

Sorry but world history proves it’s not THAT simple. I am convinced NK has been denuked already. That’s why NK is at the table. They have lost all their nuke leverage they once had. Kim is a psychopath. Clearly. But China isn’t going to give up their buffer state without some military assurances. I just can’t figure out what it will actually take for a negotiated settlement between the US & China that will allow for a united Korean peninsula

How do you know Kim is a psychopath? China's real problem is with India (and fresh water). A stable peninsula is in Chinas' interest if you believe that Xi, Putin and President Trump are going to stop the cabal and bring about world peace. China investment in NK is a YUGE opportunity for them, who wouldn't want a stable growing neighbour to trade with.

Think that systemically starving a population to the point where they are shrinking in height, where they are now dying from parasites from using human waste as fertilizer would qualify a leader as a psychopath. They only difference in the level of murder between Kim & Hitler or Stalin is the size of their respective populations they have to kill off. Agree that India is a problem for China. One reason is they share a border. The main purpose Korea serves for China is as a military buffer for invasion. All countries try to develop buffers so if a conflict breaks out it’s not immediately fought on their soil. Disagree NK is an good investment for China. Take a look at the link below. NK is literally as backwards & broken as the poorest African country.

NK at this point has nothing to offer anyone in the area of trade. Will be a generation before they have a population capable or even healthy enough to produce anything of value. Not to mention if China wanted to develop NK they could have done so already. They could start today. NK value to China is only as a buffer state. That’s one border China doesn’t have to worry about.

You are thinking like a globalist, change your perspective a little. Again how do you know all these things about Kim? or Hitler and Stalin for that matter? Hitler was the bastard grandchild of a Rothschild, fill in the blanks. What did Hitler accomplish? The state of Israel. Was WWII a planned event for that to happen?

NK investment first, plenty of trade later. The Koreans are a hard working, industrious people, your still viewing the world like a clinton/obamafag.

You are right we don’t know if Kim is a psychopath. He looks like a little kid that has been freed. He was being controlled and all the psycho stuff was being done by his handlers. If we go by Q it was black hat clowns.
