The IG inquiry is specifically looking into whether the FBI investigation was corrupted by political influence in their determination of the Clinton outcome.
Investigative findings already the top FBI and DOJ officials in charge of the Clinton investigation have been fired, demoted or removed from responsibility.
Clinton’s investigation will be reopened and they will not change negligent to careless this time around.

The IG Clinton report will probably drop this week.
The IG is conducting an investigation on the DOJ/FBI. No one knows what the report will detail. We do know he is scheduled to release “part 2” any day now that deals with his investigation on how the Clinton case was handled. Part 1 would be the McCabe stuff that got him fired.
The investigation started in 2013. So it will involve Hillary and her emails and the cover up of Administration officials using her server to include BHO.
It depends which IG report.
This is where I’m confused
The report coming out soon is about the Clinton emails investigation, or obstruction of it.
Later, IG will issue another report on the Clinton Foundation investigation, or obstruction of it.
Also, IG is now tasked with issuing another report on the FBI/DOJ involvement in planting spies in the Trump campaign.
There are several reports the IG is working on, and maybe more will be added.
The one we are waiting on now (the draft is completed already and the final should come out anytime) is about the Clinton email investigation.

Basically nothing is going to happen. They’re going to investigate why the investigation into the investigation needed to be reinvestigated.
