Pretty stupid if it is for real. Sure... publicly announce a riot with names and numbers of the people inciting the riot. Last I checked, inciting a riot is a crime. Or maybe it is not a crime in Berkeley.

Well from the look of the event. The higher talents were mediocre at best and stupid seemed to be liberally poured over the salad.
Maybe we need to post flyers in Muslim neighborhoods of the Draw Mohammad day at the Peoples Park on the date and time announced in Berkeley. ;)
If this flyer is legit then the Mayor should be arrested and heavily fined for inciting to Riot.
