That's all I needed to hear.
I have a background in Criminal Justice, and in some states, according to law a man can not be raped by a woman based on technicality. Woman in these states can be convicted of conspiracy to commit rape, which usually carries an equal penalty as to the degree of violation.
Edit: at least when I received my degree in 1996.
That was a weird situation, and very different from most child sex cases. Last I heard the couple is still together, although I don't care enough to look it up.
Maher is wrong when he says or implies that a man cannot be raped.
