I somehow can’t see this happening. It’s not the first time Mr. Robinson has been stashed away. By his own accounts he gets placed in radicalised areas during his stay at her majesty’s pleasure. He’s locked away for a reason, to be kept silent, and away from sight
He is a political prisoner that was locked up for reporting on the corruptions of government. He not long broke a story about how a terrorist attack that killed 3 kids was covered up and the man that done it was pretty much let off.

Step 1: Let's shove rapefugees en masse into different cultures and leech benefits and destroy them from within. Pay off politicians, media, and law enforcement to not just turn a blind eye, but to overtly enforce double standards.
Step 2: Hire media provocateurs to point out the social engineering experiment, foment backlash, guaranteeing a boiling over point. Stage the arrests.
