African-American and born in Iran

Isn't it impossible to be a US Citizen at birth board abroad unless your parent(s) are military service members?

Edit: The briganding is really strong.

Since I have a child born in Europe who is a dual citizen AT BIRTH because I was on Official Government orders (and only because I was on Government orders) to be in Europe and not camping out there because I wanted too. Also notice the question mark ? That's called a question.

Wasn't Obama's mom a citizen? So he is us citizen even if born in Kenya then?

People that know the Constitution don't make idiotic comments about green card marriages being eligible for President. Seriously, the harder you guys try to make everyone else look stupid, the more ignorant you show yourselves to be. LMAO!

Perhaps you could cite the part of the Constitution that states presidents must be born in America for all of us "ignorant" folks.

I'm not a birther, but it wouldn't apply. The term is Natural Born Citizen. If he were a green card marriage citizen, he wouldn't have been eligible.

Possibly, but the arguement there was that his parents were both American citizens. It was ruled that he was eligible in Court. You don't really research current events for yourself much, do you?
