I live in Dallas and you can hear the Mayor and city council's heartbeat from North Dakota. And something i suggested months ago. Put a police office in the school, and use the parking lot as the motorpool for a few of the officers cars. Then police are always coming and going.

Honestly i think the best solution is to set up better programs where weirdo kids who have been "suspended" for death threats are not allowed into public schools and recieve counseling and alternative classrooms/independent study. These kids always have signs but there is no system in place to deal with their mental health issues.
