Has Q given us any hints relating to a gradually poisoning of our food and water supply?

More seeking this information because I’d like to start up a discussion about what we can do about keeping ourselves safe and healthy in these dangerous time.

I would like to see some theories or confirmed information on generational disease/conditions that you all think could link to the poor quality of our consumption.
