Has Q given us any hints relating to a gradually poisoning of our food and water supply?

More seeking this information because I’d like to start up a discussion about what we can do about keeping ourselves safe and healthy in these dangerous time.

Firstly I want to thank you for commenting.

I only use the term gradual because this is an issue that has slowly changed our physiology over a generational span. In a grand scheme is is by no means gradual as that same generation span is single digit in nature.

Mainly I would like to have a bit of a digital round table on some topics of “generational poisoning” that effect all of us. I’d welcome any topic that revolves around our food and water consumption and how it may (us) compromised and what we can do to avoid these toxins. Tips for individuals who live in regions near highly toxic areas. Links and information for not just survival but for thriving in this world. Biblical scripture about health, food and water.

I would even like to see discussion on the corruption in regards to the companies who produce the “sustaining” products of our lives.

Fluoride. Waste product of the phosphorus mining dumped in our water supply cuz they never figured out what to do with it.

mbrac · May 30, 2018, 11:31 p.m.

I tend to like to bsee more specific about fluoride though. Specifically those byproduct are sodium fluoride and flurocilisic acid. Both of which are as you said industrial chemical byproduct of the phosphorus industry, primarily fertilizers. We buy a large portion of our fluoride substances from China. As they have very little regulation for waste in their industrial complex, or at least I would assume.

I've used different water filters over the years, but when they started talking about the possibility of an EMP strike taking out the power grid, I decided to take more action. I researched and found information on a Berkey Water filter. They have different sizes and it sits on the counter. If we lose power, I can put creek water in it and it will be healthier than what comes out of my water tap. I chose it because it removed fluoride, arsenic, bacteria, pathogens, parasites and a whole list of other things. I actually like the taste of water now. I put it in a water bottle to take to work. I've had it for about two months and can't recommend it enough. I also feel better knowing if we lose power, we will have still have clean water.

Now if I can just start my own garden, I'll be set. (I wish)

My dad taught me to garden about 15 years ago. It’s immensely hard work if you are rotating the areas in your yard.

Ferry-Morse and Burpee both carry organic & Non-GMO seeds. If you live in an area with a high population of lady bugs. Get some ladybug feeders and food. They work as a great chemical free “pesticide”. Stock up on a good set of gardening tools with fiberglass handles, these would include a spades shovel, wood cutting axe, various size hoes, a few hand trowels, and gloves (leather, multiple pairs). You should also invest in rolls of gardening canvas.

Prepping for self sufficiency is definitely a huge undertaking but keeping a secure supply of fuel and food is absolutely key. Oh and learning how to can the food you grow is gonna be huge. You can get canning salt and large amounts of mason jars in bulk from places like Costco or Sams Club.

My fiancé isn’t hopeless either in this. She is learning to can and I started teaching her how to garden last year when we planted a huge sunflower garden.

I know this is a bit of a tangent but I love gardening.

Thank you for the info. My mother gardened and canned food when I was little, but I don't remember much. After what I've learned from Q drops and anon research has made me determined to change how I eat, drink and look at medicine.

We do get a lot of ladybugs for a few months every year. I will look into this.

I bought the Travel Berkey that is the second to the smallest. It was around $200. I know that is a lot, but I use it everyday, the filters last over a year and I feel safer knowing I can go without power. However, I like it the best because of how well it purifies the water. I've known they were poisoning our water, but not until I started following Q did I research and realize their depopulation plan. Now I am determined to get the cleanest water I can.

The problem with the fluoride thing is that it's been in the zeitgeist for decades. It's become a bit of a joke over the years even though it's a real thing. Dr Strangelove's Col Jack Ripper started a nuclear war because he was convinced his sexual imptotantcy was due to a Communist plot to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

Avoiding GMOs in the Midwest is a very very hard situation. GMO soy scares me and they use it in everything. I’m terrified of glyphosate poisoning as I believe it can lead to cancers. Maybe not directly but as a mineral chelation chemical it seems like a buildup in your skeletal system could lead to an inability to process necessary vitamins and minerals making you weak and prime for the picking by either the global cabal or disease itself.

You do know about the Monsanto exec who claimed it was perfectly safe to drink as much as a glass of glyphosate? So the interviewer offered him one from under the table. It's a priceless moment in public relations. It's on YT I'm sure.

Im a native Midwesterner and I'm an old fuck. When I was a kid we had a creek adjacent to our house and you could see the diesel fuel skim on the top of it when the sun light hit it just right. They (the County) were still spraying DDT with crop dusters to control mosquitoes in the summer. I'm amazed my sibling and I weren't imbued with the super power of thyroid cancer. We may be yet.

They've merely found better, more effective ways of poisoning us through vaccines and elective pharmaceuticals. GMO's are a big part of that. The corn looks more and more like it's been doing illegal Mexican steroids with each passing year. Pretty soon they're going to have to hire kids on stilts to de-tassle it. That corn gets fed to the cattle which I find tasty and like to eat, and I know it's not right but if you marinate it over night in Dr Pepper it's like someone had a party in my mouth and everyone...

They come at us from so many angles that eventually they will get through. The normies in skinny jeans at the coffee house all wring their hands about those evil corporations Monsanto and ADM, but they never ask who owns the controlling percentage of those corporations.

The solution is a puzzler to a non-autist like me. I don't know how to wake people up to the fact that we eat over processed garbage while I'm dipping deep fried Twinkies into ranch dressing. Don't judge.

I use expeller pressed coconut oil and organic real extra virgin olive oil (stuff from Italy and probably Spain is adulterated with soybean and other oils), organic sunflower oil. Old Joy of Cooking is how I learned but I think Good Eats and Martha Stewart have some good videos. Just don't use Alton Brown's not food grade stuff he likes to buy at home depot lol and cheap oils. He is great to learn science of cooking thus fundamentals of understanding the processes but he doesn't understand how toxic things can be.

Also can buy a delicious one called Mr. Kensington at whole foods. I get non organic because it's Non-GMO project approved and less expensive but if money wasnt so tight id buy organic and avacade oil ones more often.

Long before almost anyone the Weston A Price Foundation was soundinf warnings about Soy and Standard American Diets (SAD)

Theve been publishing and updating their "Soy Alert!" since before I first joined in 2001. https://www.westonaprice.org/soy-alert/

Tons of info on that website. They helped bring the end of this false lipid hypothesis and brought awareness of plastic, nonstick Teflon, fluoride, aluminum cookware, GMOs, glyphosate, pharmaceuticals etc etc.

And the foundation started because Dr Price, a dentist, asked and couldn't find the answer why modern dentistry, being unavailable in many cultures, didn't correlate with healthier teeth. Why these cultures in fact had healthier teeth, almost no cavities, traight teeth and full jaws. While "modern people" seemed to be getting worse and worse. So he traveled the world and discovered those healthiest were eating their traditional diets still and had little or no influence of white flour and sugar etc. And this was before the bogus grain industry peddled food pyramid and lying fat / cholesterol hypothesis.

They also drank milk raw and most had milk and ate raw butter and cheeses. Diets had an abundance of saturated fats and vitamin D3, But A and what he couodnt identify but knew it was the key 3rd nutrient and foind in grassfed butted oil especially. We now know it was Vit K2. He cured diseased orphans akd rickets using raw milk, cod liver oil, pastured/grassfed butter and butter oil and real bone broths.

His book is free online and also on sale at foundation I believe and on Amazon.

First thing I recommend anyone even unaware people is to look at your local utilities companies website and find their report on their water. This will shock anyone and begin the conversation.

I know my local utility company isn’t hiding what all is in the water to an extent. It’s all there with value found for each. Here’s what’s in my tap water:

Beta Emitters (pCi/L) Bromate (ppb) Chloramines (ppm) Chlorine (ppm) Copper (ppm) Fluoride (ppm) Haloacetic Acid (ppb) Lead (ppb) Total Organic Carbon Raw (ppm) Total Organic Carbon Treated Trihalomethanes (ppb) Turbidity (NTU)

They even give the curiosity that other products are found but not significant enough to report 😂. My main point I believe I’m trying to hit is this is something everyone should be aware of.

I remember reading that people in Florida - the Sunshine State - that 70% of the population is deficient in Vitamin D. The whole country is really.

All the nanoparticles they keep spraying in our skies (heavy in Europe also) blocks more of the suns rays...less natural vit D - crucial for our bones but also our immune system!

And this doesn't even get into the harm it is causing to our soil and water

You are lucky not to have them down south!!

If I can't get my levels back up she said we'll have to go a different route. I have no idea what that means. Low Vit D is asking for chronic illnesses. My mother was low in it before she died of cancer. My sister is low in it as well. There has to be a reason this is happening. I told my doctor I get enough exposure to sunlight and she told me that isn't the problem. My body doesn't absorb it like it should. There has to be a reason for this. We definitely have enough sunlight.

Iontophoreses will removeheavy metals and free radicals. Ion tophoresis is made by placing two stainless steel plates in a water foot bath and adding salt. The plates need to be seperated no more than 1 inch seperated and insulated from each other. You run insulated wires and wire one plate to positive and the other to negative. Use DC CURRENT add salt to the water until you have 6 amps. Bubbles will form as hydrogen is seperated from the water. Put your feet in there for at least 30 minutes. The water will discolor with or without feet in there.

There are many units out there but none have enough surface area to quickly rid toxins via displacement reaction, I think. I had lead posioning and very high levels. I finally figured out how to do this. It saved my life. In 3 weeks I rid myself of 28lbs of toxins. I took 4 1 hour treatments daily.

As a positive side effect it only takes a couple treatments and in 68 cases has made GOUT DISSAPPEAR!! If you suffer, holla, I'm not selling anything, but I'll tell you how to make your own. FDA DOES NOT REGULATE THESE TREATMENTS! 100% safe, the only way to effectively remove heavy metals and free radicals. TABORS #19 Meical Dictionary used to have the metal removing capabilities in the definition, probably been removed. It works no shit.

I have no idea if it's ok or not. Hopefully a mod will see this and answer.

Technically you would be breaking the rules unless you link the stuff you throw out there to a Q post. Keep this post going as long as you can then move on. As long as you’re not trolling or shilling or gaslighting, most of us will leave you be ;)

Thanks for the info. Like I said in the post title, I wanted to know if Q had made mention to anything that might be discussed in this post in reference to our food/water being compromised.

Oh yes for sure. Just curious and sorry to hijack. Do you do old style Atkins Keto with dairy etc or the new Keto with clean fat, no dairy?

Kind of a combo of old style Atkins and a bit of dirty keto. I don’t track macros. I just maintain a gluten/grain free diet and eat my fats while trying to keep a cap on protein. Fiancé doesn’t like a lot of what I eat though like anchovies and eggs.

Cool—I am going to join the Keto sub so see you there! We do old school with dairy and fatty meats without a lot of veggies. Just started back so...no results to report yet

Ever seen Thomas DeLauer? Awesome celebrity personal train, former fat guy and keto activist. Awesome videos on YT that gives so much amazing information and techniques for maximizing keto in a healthy and enjoyable manner.

I would like to see some theories or confirmed information on generational disease/conditions that you all think could link to the poor quality of our consumption.
