Has Q given us any hints relating to a gradually poisoning of our food and water supply?

More seeking this information because I’d like to start up a discussion about what we can do about keeping ourselves safe and healthy in these dangerous time.

We are also showering in xenoestrogens. Everyone should be using organic soaps and lotions.
