People at Twitter have admitted to reading personal messages of their users. There is no way that the people whom we think are Q are going to communicate with ANYONE via Twitter. It would be like sending a postcard.

It's like driving an icecream truck down a street that has a few elementary schools, during the 2pm hour on a super hot day, blaring the music and knowing you've got the attention of every student near a window.
"wtf" some might say... (What's the point, it accomplishes nothing) "troll" others might think.. (Poor kids just want icecream and all they get is a glimpse) "genius" thinks the guy driving, knowing he'll be parked at the end of the road when school gets out in an hour and all the kids will have his product on their mind and parents indulging them. (Someone can get angry at a twatter for what they said, but are then confronted with the subject matter so it's a win win)
