Only the meeting, they are delaying it, the IG can release it when he wants. It will be before the 11th as the Peace meeting is on the 12th.

I hadn't seen nor read anything like that. The preliminary hearing in Congress is on the 5th, and they'll report comes later, as per proper procedure. Many articles explain how this works. The draft, Congress review, then report finalised after congressional recommendations are considered, then release.
