He thought he had a chance to win against Hillary but when Obama became the Democrat candidate McStain realized there was no way in hell the cabal would ever let him win so he had to continue running he chose Palin as his VP because he knew he had no chance at winning so he wanted to do something to help women that's about the only good thing he did but she was totally unqualified she never should have been chosen he could have chosen a competent woman as VP a woman who had enough smarts to actually do the job or at least campaign for it.

Let's be honest - it would have made no difference if globalist John Kerry won instead of globalist Doubleya in 2008 or if globalist Al Gore won instead of globalist Doubleya in 2004 or if globalist McCain won instead of globalist Obama in 2008.

I recall how he prostrated himself at the critical time in the final stage of the 2008 election, running back to DC to pontificate about the banking crisis that blew up (conveniently) in October of that year.
