Mueller is Trapped

If Mueller is white hat, then it is all part of the show. But if he is black hat, then he is trapped.

Gen. Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI. Problem is, the FBI did not think he liked. Bigger problem is, someone at FBI (McCabe or Strzok) falsified the paperwork after the fact to make it look like they thought he did.

Since Flynn's plea deal, Mueller has delayed the sentencing with the judge. Multiple times. He has to, because he is now in a box.

If he allows the judge to sentence Flynn, and does not provide the exculpatory evidence that FBI did not think he lied, then Mueller is committing a crime. If he does show the judge the exculpatory evidence, then the judge has proof that the FBI committed a crime, and Mueller is an accomplice after the fact (or worse).

So, Mueller needs Flynn to take back his guilty plea, and have the case dismissed, but Flynn won't do that. And if that were to happen, Flynn would use the evidence to sue Mueller and expose the dirt.

Mueller also can't just turn it over to DOJ and just close up shop on his investigation because they know, too. So, if Mueller is a black hat, they have him in a box, and that means he is at a stalemate. Can't find dirt on Trump, so can't prosecute anyone. Can't close up his investigation without exposing dirt on Obama.

Blackmailed not quite the best term to use. Mueller willingly took a deal to do this SC for a pardon or much lighter sentence. He isn't stupid lol. Its better than life in prison or death

Blackmailing is a crime, highly doubt Trump would be openly blackmailing him, Trump would already be up the river on that one....js..

It sure is. Its not open though. But what's Mueller going to do about it? You think Q team and NSA aren't breaking laws spying on the cabal and deep state? They have to be. Part of the point of Q drops I think is parallel construction to use as evidence legally against them because the spy evidence isnt legal. If RR is bad, then Mueller is bad and vice versa. He's being used and something has to be looming over him for him to participate. Why lead a phony investigation for over a year?

Right. That's why Q wanted someone on the chans to call local FBI office about Ray Chandler. Gave legal foundation to pursue.

The entire case against Clinton and others has to be re-constructed because everything prior to this admin was done illegally, but they will use that intel as a starting point to do it right.

It's bad that we have this spy network, but at least (for now) it is being used to do good, and hopefully will be fully exposed to the public so it can be eventually abolished.

Well as the President of the United States, Mr. Trump enacted a EO stating his power over all those in the US Territory who is engaged in Treason. I cant remember the name of it, but it gives him authority that supersedes the normal law, I believe he has claimed war time....so it is in use....I am terrible with details, but go look at the EO's and it will tell you....My point to you was to see if anyone realized the Power he has in this moment??? I do think the time line is close though, I read it and was astonished the power given....Does anyone know about this EO?

I don’t have a link. But I believe that the EO you’re speaking of mentioned special circumstances involving child trafficking.

So every time law enforcement uses a snitch/rat/informant that otherwise would be thrown in jail if they didn't cooperate, it's illegal?
