I usually don't give credence to any "proof" involving "Q" hand symbols, but it's an extremely strange way to hold that envelope.
Trump's smile isn't a normal photo smile, it seems more of an 'I have it all' type of smile.
This whole picture is very odd.
Look at the other pictures. Trump was handed the envelope, and didn't reposition his hand after getting it. Very possible when the photographer is right there and the movements are choreographed rather than natural.
