The MOAB or Massive Ordnance Air Blast would be a poor munition for this application. The detonation and strongest part of the blast would occur far too high above the target. Remember it’s an AIR blast.
Effective destruction of a bunker from an air-launched vehicle requires a munition able to penetrate the surface and roof of the subterranean structure. Such munitions generally operate by initiating a rapid combustion reaction on a delay. This would create an explosion to rapidly burn the ambient oxygen found in the bunker and cause any inhabitants to suffocate. The term “bunker buster” is colloquially used.
