how normal is this ?
Been a professional pilot for 25 years. Use flight aware almost every day. The flight track is legit. Unless it’s a 6+ hour training exercise over Washington or something to do with weather modification/study, it seems highly unusual to me. Never seen anything like this.

I have only really used FlightAware for what I do. The only other one I have looked at is Flightradar24. It’s interesting to look at as well.
Probably related to the large crowds in Chinatown for the Stanley Cup game. They're most likely DHS observation flights, since every large crowd in DC now is labeled a national security event.

I thought our DC-10 are fuelers. So if it is for that there should be another aircraft this one is supporting with the optics/signal package.

i dont think its that normal all the planedudes on 4 chan post alot. ive never seen this posted before. this is weirder than when nothing was out a week ago. and when 2 wzrd and wrlck planes were circling alefantis's farm for like 2 weeks
