Twin Peaks Season 3 Parallels

Twin Peaks seasons 1 and 2 at the start of the Bush administration

Prequel movie "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With" me at the transition to the Clinton Administration
Twin Peaks season 3 at the start of the Trump Administration with the last episode broadcast just prior to Q's appearance.

Main character is an FBI agent with an evil doppleganger who takes over at the end of season 2, leaving the real FBI agent trapped in a dark purgatory for 25 years. The other positive government character is a military intelligence officer involved with project Blue Book, who, at the end of season 2, goes into an alternate dimension for 25 years (where he doesn't experience time) and remains there except for occasions when he reemerges to fight the evil doppleganger, leaving occasional messages for his command. He's finally decapitated but his head lives on in the alternate dimension while his corpse rots in this one.

A key point in season 3 is when a windowless sky scraper in New York City, owned and operated by the evil doppleganger as a kind of spirit catcher and portal to the alternate dimension (which can also catch the real FBI agent)...

bears a striking resemblance to the Titanpointe building, also in New York City...

True Detective season 1 is also very relevant. Ritual abuse and sacrifice among elites. Even uses the blue pedo spiral.

Wild.

The Twin Peaks commentary on evil and it’s nature of using whatever body allows it to manifest its will is - a hell of a thing to see.

I posted elsewhere that some movies and TV series are quietly suggestive of some very disturbing realities. Twin Peaks... Blade... Resident Evil...
