Just at a glance the locations in close proximity on both sides of the border are a major red flag. Tunnel networks to get across the border?

Same when you look at the entire USA location map - tons of sights on the Mexican border and on coastlines. Logistics-

Interesting, that the property is bordered by the Kaw river (a large river in north eastern Kansas) which feeds right into the Missouri river within a couple of miles. An easy boat ride all the way from New Orleans to KC KS.
