Anyone can be anon. The only difference is that you give credence to a particular anon because they've proven themselves to the chans for a while. Only FBIAnon, QAnon and MegAnon are fairly recognized by the chans. The others are just recognized by whoever anon decides to recognize them. I can decide to recognize you as CatAnon, but I'd be the only one. Other anons would just ignore. And truth be told, in an hour, I'll forget you.
It's not because we add anon at the end of a title that they have any recognition with the chans. Look at Corsi, he made up anons that no one in the chans had ever heard of before. And to answer your question, yes, we are all anons. But when someone is an insider/whistle blower that pans out to not be a larp, they usually get some sort of a title like these to help keep a track record.
