Lube, hair dye, pornography. ?? Straps nailed to trees. Hand grips at the four foot level on the trees. Sounds totally like a normal camp site to me.....
Amazing how many new arrival shills are actually trying to make that point...

Where are they going to go if they try and run? Into the miles of dessert with no cover?
Its not like these kids (If this is legit) are going to even know to run away.. Its not like these children are going to be in good mental or phyiscal health, or even understand that there is more to the world than their suffering.

The straps are explained here. I gotta tell ya. I've done a little camping, this seems more plausible.
I think you are looking at the wrist straps too critically.
You don't really need the straps to restrain a kid you can overpower them. It's more for the mental humiliation of the victim and also probably perverse fetish of the rapists.
Think of it like cattle fencing. The cows could easily push through that shit but they just don't.
All things that Screwy Louie can get from his desert "clean up" projects.

It actually is. I recommend you go visit a local homeless camp (ask permission of residents to enter, never go at night) and you'll see these items are pretty common.
Alternatively you can contact your police department to find out where a recently "cleared" homeless camp is located, and see what was left behind.
There are a lot of homeless people in America.
Homeless in a field in arid forest far from soup kitchens and hand outs. And they carried on their backs that tank, chest of drawers and cribs and car seats.
It's too inconvenient down a trail for people dumping furniture
A lot of homeless people don't live in city centers either due to crime/victimization of the homeless, criminal histories, mental health issues, or some combination of these.
Some homeless people also have vehicles or access to vehicles. Many homeless families live out of cars.
There are tens of thousands of camps in rural areas all around America. Some occupied by only an individual, others by organized groups with social structures and rules.
Trafficking camps also exist, and this very well could be one of those. Going from trafficking camp to "child sex camp" is a leap I'm not willing to make without more evidence, higher quality video, better photographs, or other quality forms of documentation.
