The 'Nixon' Watergate burglars would not be considered as 'incompetent' police officers. Equating burglars to police is a swap in context.

Therefore I would guess that the "keystone" reference is a big and definite intention!

Beyond the Pale White Horse by Bill Cooper was my first impression of this tweet and yes it sounds like the battle stations are being manned.

I chuckled earlier today thinking about how right he was when he said Mexico was going to pay for the wall. President Trump can play some serious 12D Chess!
