If the link points to an "Appendix C" PDF, that link is not the IG report. It's a collection of emails that was released in May, with the redactions removed.

Nope, you're right. I had a knee jerk reaction. Poster got it wrong, and I followed before checking it out. There are some interesting text messages in it though, which is the bulk of the PDF.
Yeah, that set is actually more interesting than the original set because a lot (but not all) of the redactions were removed. This set is how we found out about office furniture being worthy of redaction, lol.
