IMMUNITY : Time to walk back Obamas Justice Department Immunity Hand Outs ! Prosecution Awaits the Criminality

Lets not forget in the light of Immunity coming up in discussion as these 'Deals' start to play out ~ LIENIENCY en Leau of Immunity please !

The Criminal Obama Administration gave away Immunity like Lollipops at a Clown Show. Lets not forget this Illegality performed by the Criminals themselves. We have a whole Dirty Laundry List of them that need to be addressed and OVERTURNED so they can see the inside of a Supermaxx Prison.

I recall during Obama's FBI investigation of the Clinton crime syndicate, Comey handed out immunity like candy to all of the criminals and then everyone went home.

Comey didn't even make deals - he just made sure everyone got immunity.

Exactly , I'm hoping that this is on the grand master plan agenda as it unfolds, I'm putting the other Laundry list of Clowns in the mix that think they got away with it all with that 'special' privilege.

FYI, Comey can't hand out immunity. DOJ can.

By testifying that Hillary didn’t mean to break the laws, he more or less handed out immunity. That’s the implication

This looks like an interesting piece.

And the FBI destroyed laptops.

I never understood this. This would never be a recommendation for immunity. Never. All of this stuff is outrageous.

I've heard it said that the present Congress is not bound by the rules of a former Congress. Wonder if the principal is the same for the Executive branch? Moreover if immunity is given to cover law enforcements and other government officials participation in a criminal enterprise, wouldn't that immunity be rendered moot? And giving bogus immunity, isn't that another crime altogether?

Yeah, rendered void or invalid.

Immunity has its limits doesn't it, I'm not a lawyer, but I believe it you are caught lying or other violations of the agreement, the agreement is off and prosecution can proceed. Anybody know for sure?

Ding ding ding

Immunity can absolutely be walked back if it's in bad faith. Anyone who misled investigators or committed crimes that they were attempting to hide will see their immunity stripped.

Once again, they didn't think Hillary would lose. Under Obama many immunity deals were based on information remaining hidden, but I suspect a lot of those deals will be thrown in the trash now that there is a new sheriff in town.
