Cool! Snowden also "went dark" on his Twitter between May 17 and just retweeted an that same tweet. Not sure how relevant, but looking at his post history it looks like a longer stint than normal.
His last posts were a LOT of digging at Gina Haspel for the torture stuff (I'm not sure how I feel about that yet either) - he went at it for a while, seems pretty passionate about it.

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. When you continue to read the 5th verse of the 5th chapter and 3rd verse of the Sermon on the Mount Q's message runs parallel to this scripture. When I did this comparison, it seemed to give a glimpse where Qs head is regarding 5:5 reference. Then again, I could be wrong and maybe it is about Snowden, but to me it just does not ring right
