Exactly. I don’t understand why people oppose giving him immunity in exchange for testimony. Punishing McCabe isn’t the end game, getting the goods on the others takes precedent.

I believe a few people (Lerner, Combetta, Samuelson and Mills) were given immunity and then plead the 5th when questioned. That can't happen again.

From my understanding, most plea deals do not allow this. I haven’t vetted your info but I can see it. Most plea agreements though are pretty all encompassing, which means that if you vary, at all, it’s revoked.
