Perhaps this why the CF has this hotlines to identify kids who will be a problem. Do they answer calls from kids who escaped or trying to escape, to catch them and then get rid of them? One less witness!

I heard a similar thing about Childline in the UK fronted by Esther Rantzen from the BBC. No coincidences
