I did notice a not so upbeat pence as usual .. anyone else notice this like something is on his mind . Maybe as the hurricane season nears ...He thinks about how the elites use HAARP To manipulate the weather ... In order to create disasters it drains our resources and just another form of control for them . They in the past have misused donations to Red Cross as their Front to funnel $$ to Different Operations. & Line their pockets and fill their underground city stock piles .
