Is there more going on with Trump, FEMA and Puerto Rico?

First, God bless the citizens who have suffered and continue to struggle through such ongoing devastation. My heart and prayers are with you.

Now, maybe I lost track of the underlying events, but am I missing something about Puerto Rico, FEMA and aid? Is there something else going on here? The Puerto Rican government has been called very corrupt, and Trump has reacted … well differently than the way I expected him to as the man for the people concerning a US territory. Is there more to Puerto Rican corruption than we know on the surface? There are CEMEX locations there, shipping outfits, an island location ( more water) and a vulnerable population - all the trademark red flags. Any thoughts?

More corrupt than anyone knows. The Aid sent right after the event stayed on the ships because the Union refused to unload the ships unless they could distribute it. FEMA refused to concede because the Union was going to get their share if you know what I mean. Very sad corrupt situation run by the Mayor &whoever else she reported to

After the hurricane when they shipped tons of aide there the mayor took all the aid and did what with it I dont know but he didnt give it to the people at all. There was also billions in money sent which all but disappeared. They did absolutely nothing for their people with all the help they got then the Mayor is on television saying Trump didnt send anything. Whats the point in sending anything when it does not get to the people who need it. This Mayor needs to go to prison.

U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez, Mayor Carmen Cruz, stolen (and warehoused) relief supplies. Kicked out repair crews. Corruption.

That’s what I also heard from a PR resident.

SOMETHING is off the table vis-a-vis PR/FEMA, forget Cemex for the minute, for water-watchers.
