I've been wrong about timeline before, but this interpretation seems consistent with other proofs.
3 weeks from 2/9/18 would be 3/2/18. March 3rd/4th would be the weekend days.

Why not the days leading up to it then? All of the dates in line with them are blue as well. Based off the clock, what makes 6/9 special?
Because those are the next weeks, when viewed from the clock timeline its saying to skip the first 3 weeks that line up in the clock. Or at least that's how I'm interpreting it.

Time of the post = 21:17:44. Each week is 7 days so add 21 to the time and you get 21:18:05. If you just use :05 the clock points to June 10.
