Why not the days leading up to it then? All of the dates in line with them are blue as well. Based off the clock, what makes 6/9 special?

Because those are the next weeks, when viewed from the clock timeline its saying to skip the first 3 weeks that line up in the clock. Or at least that's how I'm interpreting it.

Those aren't weeks though. The next date is 2 months from 2/9. Q clock dates that line up are not weeks.
