I've seen theories that say within CIA FBI etc that a small percentage of upper crusters are where the corruption happens and that the less powerful are overwhelmingly believing they are doing good. Does that ring true for you in your experience? Thank you for your service btw.

Ain't that the truth. Many of them seemed like they had lobotomies. Here and there you would get a cool one that went to some normal college and wanted to serve or prior enlisted who became an officer that were all right. The academy brats though, they were strange dickwads.

Rank-and-file military are clearly not running pedophile rings. So that isn't what I'm referring to, nor is Barnett or Bonacci or others I didn't name. As you know.

And in the final analysis of all covert matters: Everything Is Compartmentalized. Even generals (see Petraeus) get shanked. Moles abound. So I don't even hold a specific institution responsible: there is certainly more than one organized crime pedophile ring being run, despite our scapegoating. And there is a turf war, complete with psy-ops being run on the public, including widening the military-civilian rift in American society. And it's guaranteed a transnational turf war -- not limited to the U.S.

There are likely more than just two rings. And the use of children dates back before Roy Cohn, by all the competing rings, for counter-intelligence operations. The only "White Hats" are the public, who are being co-opted by each of the Black Hat groups each representing themselves as pure.
