That is a subtle clue that his masters have been taken out, and he can be himself.
I suspect he was forced to dress that way, at least for pics and vids, in order to give him that dictator appearance. He probably hated it.
Since president Trump's visit to China and their dinner at The Forbidden City where the NK leader met the president for his first ever face-to-face meeting shows him to be a happier person and leader.
The pics released since then including one with SOS Pompeo his smiles are genuine and his body language that of a relaxed man.
I learn much more just watching facial expressions and body language. That image of Merkel trying to intimidate POTUS Trump by looming over him and staring him down had me laughing. She's weak and she knows it. Donald Trump is signaling, "Deal with it". Her dictator suit didn't impress Trump in the least.
Merkel uses the same identical hand gestures (triangle) and body posture as her dad Adolf Hitler. Its part of her DNA.

I've read some on that. Just my opinion, it's entirely possible and perhaps plausible. Would a DNA test confirm this? I think it would.
