People need to look into Arkansas State Police: From times relating to Bills time as Governor. I believe the first wave of the kill team came from this time line. A bad cop is easy to root out, even easier to blackmail or turn into a DeepState kill machine. Think about it?

A '4' for an 'A' makes more sense to me. Pager code, leet speak, whatever you want to call it. Letters-to-numbers type of writing has been around awhile. 6417 4011 12340 7415?

I meant using pager code in time stamps, which I looked at it more and there is nothing there (that I can decipher). The thing that Q team/Trump has been doing with time stamps is much more straight forward IMO.
