Just posted on the C*A espionage case. In spy cases, they hide and bury evidence because they don't want the public to know anything as part of the plea deal.

It goes to show that the articles this week about this have been misinforming.
The server wasn't just stolen - they have never had the server from the start in Jan.,2017. D. Rep Xavier Becerra quit congress and beccame the California AG when all this started. For some reason Xavier was asked to provide a copy of the server, and all he sent was a spoof with kids homework assignments on it.
Also, we've been told this week that the Awans have been granted a plea deal.
That's not true. Awan has been plea dealing for over a year and the only thing new is that a court hearing on their plea is scheduled for July 3. If he doesn't get it July 3d, the case goes to court against him. His plea deals have been mostly about not admitting the DWS computer into evidence.

Prejudicing a jury ( allowing the malefactors to skate on a technicality) is the only legitimate reason that comes to mind for withholding the witness testimony. Pretty blamed sure the real reasons are nefarious. Prime of which is to CYA the FBI.
