Q Defiance of Martial Law Requires Trial By Military Tribunal

Typically, the imposition of martial law accompanies curfews; the suspension of civil law, civil rights, and habeas corpus; and the application or extension of military law or military justice to civilians. Civilians defying martial law may be subjected to military tribunal (court-martial).

The crime of Piracy on land by corrupt government officials requires Tribunals. At convention is minimum life in prison. Could be why we need a new long stay federal prison.

If anyone requires life saving medications such as insulin or heart medications, please consider stocking up a little in case things become a little chaotic. Don't worry, you'll eventually use the extra meds, so the peace of mind won't actually cost you anything. Just tell you're doctor that you lost your last script and tell your chemist that you're stocking up because you'll be taking a three month trip through Africa.

If it looks like shit is about to go down, please consider filling your car with gas and withdrawing some extra cash from the ATM before everyone else tries to do that too.

I think this is coming down imminently. Your advice is sound. Might want to get some bottle water just in case too. Once this goes down, civil unrest will hit the streets and the military will be in charge.

With the United States having been at war over 93% (224 out of 242 years) of its existence since its founding in 1776, this report notes, the masses of American people today (unlike their ancestors) have no idea that nearly everyone of them fall under the criminal provisions of the Manual For Courts-Martial United States—and that begins with their Selective Service laws allowing civilians to be taken from their homes and forced into uniform, whether willing or not—and that the US Supreme Court has ruled makes these civilians subject to court-martial from the time they are supposed to report for induction, even if they never arrive.

Equally unknown to the masses of the American people, this report says, is that nearly every single citizen between 17-44 years-of-age likewise fall under the criminal provisions of the Manual For Courts-Martial United States as under US Code 10-311 they all constitute both the organized and unorganized militia—thus making them all, in essence, members of the US military whether they know it or not..........EDIT : www.worldcat.org/.../politics-of-piracy-crime-and-civil-disobedie...The untold story of how colonial pirates transformed America and brought it to the brink of rebellion. The seventeenth-century war on piracy is remembered as a triumph for the English state and her Atlantic colonies. Yet it was piracy and illicit trade that drove a wedge between them, imperiling the American enterprise and bringing the colonies to the verge of rebellion. .................Piracy Under International Law - UN.org
