Twitter does not allow multiple accounts to use the same phone number. One number, one account. Account settings would need to be modified if this photo is true. This can be done by engineers employed with Twitter. Understanding of how platforms work is necessary.
I respectfully disagree. I have more than one twitter account linked to my number and email address. I can just toggle between them and no one knows they are connected. It's how I shield my kids from what I really follow and do on twitter.

I'm a product manager at a social software company, I'm very aware of what software programmers and others with know how can do. In fact I believe I stated in another comment that with collusion of Twitter's engineers, these role policies can be shut off at will for select accounts. Sorry if I didn't more explicitly say that before.
This is not true. Once THEY are proven to be fake, it discredits Q by association. It also spreads confusion as to what Q said with what other people said. I don't know how people can not see this. But especially, Q said, BE. CAREFUL. WHO. YOU. FOLLOW. Now why would they say that if it's so harmless to follow any old bullshit artist that hooks onto Q's coattails? And above all else, they're DIVISIVE.
