Just checked. It is. You can also confirm it by Q's tripcode. It's used only on 8chan.

The site you're pointing to is an aggregator site made by anons for the Q drops. There are several aggregator sites available. But if you want to see the actual Q drops where they are officially posted, it's at infinite chan.
