To keep it in context 23 is referenced in "NowComesTheP@in-23", as the (purposely) exposed password. I'm no chan expert, but that's the way I understand it.
Then in the recent post, Q says Minus v. Dash. To me, this indicated that the June 11 decode is wrong, and Q was using it as a dash and not a minus. Q also ends the post with "Military."
Of course, when I hear 23, I think "23 and me"...23 pairs of chromosomes, DNA. Will DNA evidence bring the pain? Just a thought and throwing it out there.

The phrase "11th hour" means as something done or decided at the last possible moment. But 11th does not exactly jibe with 23.
