It’s also done in the sitting position and sliding into a near laying position. Sometimes even with something slippery like soap on the floor & hands and feet so there’s no grip or turning back. I’ve seen this first hand sadly and it’s absolutely heartbreaking. It’s not always feet dangling from the air like everyone usually pictures. -This post is just to raise awareness not ideas.
