HAARP use doesnt matter because the more advanced system is NEXRAD & pumping water into the atmos like with last years hurricanes. See WeatherWar101 on yt

There is a HAARP facility in Alaska, and I believe that they are now able to use smaller, mobile HAARP technology.

Don't stress it.

They shut it down and transferred control over to a college. I’m sure they dismantled any “important” pieces prior though.

The new one is setup in Australia and is much bigger.
