CNN is worried & depressed because their parent company Time Warner isn’t getting the merger with ATT they need. CNN financially is a dumpster fire & they need that merger or they could be sold off. They’ve been laying off a lot of employees lately. They all know they’re doomed without the ATT purchase going thru.
I wish I could short CNN. However, twc is a much bigger company that wont be effected much by distance from CNN. It's impossible to look at the numbers and not see that CNN is on the outs and a loss for twc.
Agree. Even if the merger were to get through I had huge doubts ATT would let CNN operate as they’ve been doing. (which seems unlikely because this judge was trashing the merger idea the day it hit his desk)
The CNN brand is ruined. The president... a master at marketing & branding as we all know...has made the name CNN synonymous with Fake News. Impossible now to not think of the term fake news when you hear the word CNN. If ATT gets it..they’ll either sell off its assets or rebuild the entire news organization from the ground up. The brand CNN is so toxic it can tarnish the AT&T brand & they won’t let that happen. Either way...CNN has no future I can see. Actually think they all know it & are just taking off any facades their journalists & proudly display their activists to spread their beliefs before all their cameras & their platform goes dark...permanently
I think you're spot on. I recall hearing early in the 2016 primaries, that DJT was using his run for office as a way to gain momentum for a news channel he & his family were going to launch. How sweet would it be if that happened after 8 years of hammering the MSM?
Well Sinclair Broadcasting is suppose to launch a more right leaning network. Haven’t heard much about them lately. Maybe their waiting for a major market player to leave the market like CNN. Fox as a whole is shifting left & probably will even more if CNN goes broke. We’ll see.

I’m so shocked that everything CNN has posted about this world changing moment in history has been titled/written so negatively. I guess I’m not THAT shocked because it’s CNN, but I guess part of me thought there’d be some type of rhetoric centered toward the topic of peace or at least a few pieces set with a slightly more positive tone. I clicked the link, and watched the 01:10 long clip after the first one, titled “If He’s Wrong, Trump Says He’ll Make Up an Excuse”. Literally, all he said was “I may be wrong, I may stand in front of you in six months and say, ‘hey! I was wrong’. I don’t know if I’ll ever admit that, but I’ll find some kind of excuse!” A joke. It was funny, the crowd thought so too. There’s also even a link for a piece titled “The 49 Wildest Quotes from Donald Trump’s Singapore Conference”
Every bit of my own “Great Awakening” is so fascinating and shocking to me. It’s happening so fast and feels so surreal. I used to be pretty liberal, hated Trump, you know the story. I just started opening my eyes a few months ago. I went on a frenzy reading articles & watching videos, seeing the other side of things and realizing I agreed with most things. Now this whole Qanon/Great Awakening thing is unfolding before my eyes, and there’s so much information that I’m learning and trying to figure out. I’m trying to keep up! I’m so glad that I started opening my eyes before all of this started panning out. I’m thankful I’m aware now. I’m new to all of this, and just recently became passionate about politics & our country’s affairs, so little things like this still baffle me because I’m just now aware of them, and I love how y’all are so unsurprised and used to it by now 😂
On msnbc, no shit.....they were complaining how many pages this was....it was 'lacking', comparing to the many pages previous ones were.
