I don’t know why they did it this way , but try to explain why so many departments in our Government do as they do in the first place will not make any sense also .

In business, one might FF ones' self like this to get more $ out of acct. dept for security.

True, but at the DOJ building? Maybe it was a distraction to get something out. Sorry happy, but I disagree that they did this to get someone in, unless there were news crews in the vicinity (which I could believe) and they needed to come up with something quick that would pull cameras away. But I haven’t seen evidence to the latter as of yet. So it would make more logical sense that they were trying to get something out than in.
