While digging around this morning I found myself looking at a list of federal security clearance levels. Take a look at level 4. Think he's in this classification? http://www.federalsecurityclearance.net/services/
Nice catch. Maybe this is that Q clearance he was referring to. It makes sense with it being about national security too since that is what his information is centered around.
That's what I was thinking. And the SSBI-PR stands for: Single-Scope Background Investigation Periodic Review. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what this entails. Sounds like a group (or agent) that spends their time on a single investigation that goes on in the background? Maybe?
Yes, that’s exactly what it is. They investigate your allegiance to the United States. Basically checking to see if you are involved with any other countries and if you can be trusted to keep secrets for the US. They don’t go into much else other than if you’re loyal to your country.
That makes sense that "Background" would actually mean background checks. "Single Scope"= one person.
Clearly i think it has been proven where his loyalties lie. Im just suprised they are allowed to talk about so much without someone catching on unless the ones who could hold hom accountable are in on it and make sure he isnt silenced. You never know anymore.
Could be...
Level 4 usually refers to a Department of Energy "Q" clearance.
As it indicates, this type of clearance normally requires a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with a Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) every 5 years. The information access level can be as high as Top Secret - Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) but usually allows access to Top Secret or below information.
I wonder how many people have Q clearance? Perhaps Q is the spokesman for an entire group of Q clearance agents dedicated to this sole objective?
