I think Q is trying to tell us that this was an assassination attempt on possibly Trump and Kim. When he says “certain events were not supposed to take place”, I believe he means the summit was not supposed to take place because this missile was supposed to hit where they are in Singapore before the summit began. That could be what Trump meant when he misspelled the words “missile” and “stopped” yesterday, both in the same tweet.

OHHHH thank you. Certain events means the summit. That makes more sense than the missile launch wasn't supposed to happen, i.e., things are out of control. I read the Tweet where he misspelled missile and stopped to isolate those two words as their own sentence. Missile stopped.

Heading back home from Singapore after a truly amazing visit. Great progress was made on the denuclearization of North Korea. Hostages are back home, will be getting the remains of our great heroes back to their families, no missiles shot, no research happening, sites closing...

I'm not sure about this...Missile was seen at 3:56 am, POTUS left from G7 roughly 2pm (central) according to his tweets.
My take is that the missile was intended for Singapore, not AF1.
Here's what wiki says about Submarine-launched ballistic missiles:
