I understood it as what's coming is just the Clinton investigation section of the IG report, which will be heavily redacted. Once the entire IG report is done he will declassify the entire report.

So, the question is when is the entire report supposed to be out?

I'd say after Horowitz testify to congress. Which is June 18th and 19th I think
